I have ordered a maternity feeding bra and the quality is very bad doesn’t feel or look like

I have ordered a maternity feeding bra and the quality is very bad doesn’t feel or look like bamboo cotton. The size drastically varies from other brands. When I approached for an exchange and requested them to kindly to do exchange as it my genuine request that it doesn’t even fit to fit first row hook.
The brand owner and the WhatsApp customer service person simply denied it.
It’s completely waste of money. None of the other brands in online or store outlets does this they exchange bra.
If they can’t provide customer service they should not run a brand claiming it’s for women by women.
