  •  We will assist you with your queries during our working hour; if we receive any calls during our non-working hours, we will revert back on the next day or we would request you to call us again during our working hour.
  •  We would request you to WhatsApp us only on 9056656698 or write us at support@preethiwear.in
  • All orders will be dispatched within 12 hours to 3 working days of order placement, expect for the Pre-order dresses. Pre-order dresses are dispatched by the mentioned timeline.
  • From dispatch it will take 1 - 7 days depending on your state. For Tamil Nadu (1–3 days) South india (2–5 days), North India (5–8 days), and special locations like Indian border (4 -15 days).
  • If the customer wants express dispatch, kindly mention in your order notes as “URGENT” so that we dispatch it immediately (Dispatch will be done on Same day if the order is placed before 3 PM or next working day). Also call and inform our customer care during our working hour. If we receive calls during non-working hour we will revert back on next day, or call us during our working hour for immediate assistance.
  •  If customer wants express delivery, additional shipping charges are applicable. And this has to be informed prior to our customer care during our working hour. If the order is already dispatched, it cannot be converted to express shipping.
  • Express shipping includes first priority, same day dispatch only if the order is placed before 3 PM, or it will be moved to next day morning dispatch.
  • We will always keep you posted about your order confirmation and tracking number through email and WhatsApp.
  • The shipment tracking details will be sent to your email & WhatsApp, along with your name and the details of the delivery partner.
  • Tracking details would be updated roughly within 2 hours of dispatch.
  • If any size or color is out of stock upon order confirmation, we will inform you within 1 - 5 working days and suggest you with similar colour/ similar print and then only dispatch your order. We will let you know if the item will be restockable or non-restockable so that you can choose accordingly.

    Karnataka              - DTDC/Delhivery based on pincode serviceability
    Andra Pradesh      - DTDC/Delhivery based on pincode serviceability
    Telangana             - DTDC/Delhivery based on pincode serviceability
    North India            - Delhivery.
  • On any special request we can ship on any courier company of your choice. This request has to be written on your order note before order checkout.
  • Shipping is a third party service. So, if there is any public holidays, natural calamities, or strikes, your parcel may get delayed during these times.
  • In case of any delay in delivery by the courier partner, the management is not liable, but we will definitely help you to track down your package.
  •  In the event of wrong contact number, wrong or insufficient address, the product will be return back to us (RTO - return to origin). We will be charged with up and down courier charges (2 times). We will bare return courier charge(i.e) Parcel coming to our warehouse. We would request you to pay courier charge for sending the parcel again from our warehouse to your address.We would request the customer to update correct mobile number and correct address, then dispatch the parcel again. We will give you the preference of choosing any other courier company at that time. If we are not able to reach you through the mobile number provided, we will send an email to contact the customer.
  • In any case if the parcel is lost or not delivered by our courier partner, we will send you a new parcel and make sure it reaches you. There might be a delay in the process because of the investigation happening behind. Refund is not applicable in such cases.
  • Courier might not be delivered due to reasons like wrong contact number, wrong pincode, customer not attending the call when delivery partner calls, fake delivery, or courier being lost by delivery partner.
  • In case of any issues like this or any other reason, please don't panic, we will send a new parcel ASAP after an initial investigation. We will make sure you get the products ordered.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY :

  • Orders will be dispatched within 1- 4 working days.
  • We will check with international service partners like DHL, India post, Aramex, DTDC International, and Garudavega then share you the shipping rates offered by different international courier partner along with their shipping period. You can choose any courier partner based on your convinience. We will dispatch and send you the tracking number immediately.
  • If you are not convenient with the international shipping rate, you can send your Indian address and we will ship to your Indian address.

 

CASH ON DELIVERY

  • ⁠For cash-on-delivery orders, we confirm with the customer over the phone before dispatching.
  • ⁠If the order value exceeds 3000/-, we collect a 200/- advance via Google Pay (9056656698); no advance will be collected for orders below 3000/-.
  • Any cancellations of orders should be notified in advance so that we can reduce RTO.
  • All calls will be recorded to ensure quality control.
  • Cash on delivery is available every Wednesday (Tuesday or Thursday).
  • If we receive an RTO, we contact the customer to see if we want to reinitiate the parcel. In that situation, we will collect the 150/- courier charges by Gpay and the remaining amount via COD.
  • Preethi wears claims the right to cancel any cash-on-delivery order if the consumer does not pick up the calls for confirmation. We will initiate 2- 4 calls from our end. Following that, we will cancel the order.
  • If our software determines that your order is a high risk order (with a lot of RTO history), we collect a 200/- advance via gpay.
  •  ⁠In case an item is out of stock, Our team will contact you within 1-3 days to choose an alternate product or delete the item from the order and dispatch the remaining ones. Customers are asked to choose alternate items or cancel their order.
  •  ⁠If a customer orders a pre-order dress from our website as a COD order, we will tell them about the shipment timeline during the confirmation call. If you are not satisfied with the dispatch timeline, can either choose an alternative product or cancel that item
  • For COD orders, a ₹200 advance payment is required for zip customization.

 

PRE-ORDER DRESS:

  • ⁠All dresses with pre-order tag will be shipped by the mentioned timeline.
  •  ⁠Kindly check the description for the dispatch timeline.
  • The dispatch period for pre-order dresses varies from product to product.
  • Pre-order dresses cannot be cancelled because they are stitched on demand.
  • Orders placed along with the pre-order dresses will be shipped according to the pre-order dispatch timelines.
  • If you got to know about the dispatch timeline of a pre-order dresses only after placing your order, then you can select any other alternate product that is readily available or take a store credit that can be utilised at any time.
  • Kindly place your orders for pre-order dresses only if you are okay with the dispatch timeline.
  • If a partial COD order or a COD order is placed on a pre-order dress, we will contact the customer before dispatch to confirm and then only dispatch your order.
  • We will always keep you posted on your order status through WhatsApp and email, including order confirmation and tracking information.
  • Customers who have placed orders for Pre-order dresses, we will keep you updated by sending WhatsApp messages about the timelines.
  • If an order contains Pre-order dress and Ready to dispatch dress, there is an option for sending Ready to dispatch items first and then the pre-order dresses. Extra courier charges of 90/- will be collected in such cases
  • Pre-order dresses are not eligible for COD. Customers must select a prepaid payment option for such items.

 

PARTIAL COD :

  • We accept partial COD orders by collecting 150/- in advance (courier charges
    +  COD charges) and the rest in cash on delivery.
  • ⁠Partial COD order will be shipped on customer confirmation over the phone.
  • If there are any pre-order dresses in a partial COD order, we will notify you about our shipment timeline. If you are okay with the dispatch timeline, your order will be shipped once the pre-order dresses are ready, or we will ask you to select an alternate product for immediate shipment.
  •  ⁠We do not encourage the cancellation of partial COD orders. However, you can cancel your order before it dispatches. You can choose between receiving a store credit or a refund.
  • Cancellation is not permitted after the order has been shipped.
  •  ⁠If the order is rejected by the customer at the door step and if the order comes back to us, 150/- refund is not applicable. As we already spend 100/- for sending the parcel + 50/- for cash on delivery order booking and 100/- for RTO receiving parcel to our warehouse.
  • But still we offer 2 different option
  • Pay  90/- courier charges in pre-paid and rest product cost in Cash on delivery (or) 
    Pay the total order value as prepaid and avoid courier charges.
