Exchange Terms

Eligibility for Exchange:
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery. Requests beyond 3 days will not be accepted.
- Submit your exchange request via https://preethiwear.ecoreturns.ai/apps/ecoreturnsai.

Applicable Scenarios for Exchange:

Important Guidelines

Unpacking Video:
- For damage or wrong item claims, a continuous unpacking video without cuts or edits is mandatory as proof.
- The video must clearly show the product and the weight of the parcel.
- Missing claims without a proper unpacking video will not be considered.

Reverse Pickup:
- We will arrange reverse pickup at the customer’s convenience. The parcel must be handed over on the mentioned date and time.
- Failing to return the parcel on the scheduled date will require manual return by the customer. Courier agents will not reattempt pickup.

Condition of Items:
- Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and free from odors, with tags intact. Items failing quality checks will not be eligible for exchange.
Additional Notes
- Exchange is applicable across different categories.
- If the required replacement product is unavailable:
- The customer will receive store credit equal to the product’s value.
- Alternatively, the customer can choose another product from the available collection.

Refund Policy:
- Cash refunds are not provided for exchanges. Store credit will be issued instead.
- Exchange shipping will commence only after the original item passes the quality check.
