Exchange Policy

We aim to provide a hassle-free exchange experience to ensure customer satisfaction. Please review the guidelines below for our exchange process:

Reason Courier Charges
Wrong item shipped ₹200 will be refunded after placing the exchange request.
Defective item received ₹200 will be refunded after placing the exchange request.
Size issues (large/small) ₹200 is charged for reverse pickup + reinitiating from the warehouse.
Product quality issue
₹200 is charged for reverse pickup + reinitiating from the warehouse.

Important Guidelines

  • Unpacking Video:

    • For damage or wrong item claims, a continuous unpacking video without cuts or edits is mandatory as proof.
    • The video must clearly show the product and the weight of the parcel.
    • Missing claims without a proper unpacking video will not be considered.
  • Reverse Pickup:

    • We will arrange reverse pickup at the customer’s convenience. The parcel must be handed over on the mentioned date and time.
    • Failing to return the parcel on the scheduled date will require manual return by the customer. Courier agents will not reattempt pickup.
  • Condition of Items:

    • Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and free from odors, with tags intact. Items failing quality checks will not be eligible for exchange.

Additional Notes

  1. Exchange is applicable across different categories.
  2. If the required replacement product is unavailable:
    • The customer will receive store credit equal to the product’s value.
    • Alternatively, the customer can choose another product from the available collection.
  3. Refund Policy:
    • Cash refunds are not provided for exchanges. Store credit will be issued instead.
  4. Exchange shipping will commence only after the original item passes the quality check.
