Ridiculous policies

Very tight. I have ordered the same size like other dresses but it turned out to be too tight. Charging extra for an exchange is too much when the mistake is not the customer's. Also no return policy is also bad, because if the customer doesn't like the quality or the look after trying it on, there is no option for it. Unpacking video for any damaged product is ridiculous as nobody will know till they open the product.
